I'm Sergey — a developer, technical director and animator in the animation industry, with experience in Vancouver, BC at studios like Digital Domain, Animal Logic, Sony Imageworks, Rainmaker and Bardel Entertainment.
Over the years, I've rigged and animated characters, built animation tools and developed custom nodes, deformers and technologies to help artists achieve visuals faster and in more effective ways.

Gizmify Studios was founded with the goal to create tools, systems and cool things of many kinds to advance artists' creative workflows and speed of their goals' achievement.
Our specialty includes building Pipeline and Rigging systems, Animation tools, Media processing tools, Maya deformers, nodes and custom applications for various platforms.

Our tools, such as Media Plane and others, are currntly being used on a feature film production and indie projects.

While Gizmify is currently founder-led, together with an artist community, we want to see artists succeed at creating something unique and expand their abilities to the limits of their own imagination, while our "gizmos" will accommodate them in doing so.
If artists are able to create something cool that they love using our tech, then we have done our job!

Gizmify's uniqueness is in its experience of being a part of the animation team, as well as creating tech for the animation team. We know how to translate the artist language into tech language and meet artists exactly where they want to go.
Communication is our greatest tool.
